 Samson Hardware guarantee their products against faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of five years from the date of purchase in New Zealand. They will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the purchaser once the defect has been inspected and confirmed by Samson Hardware.
Consumer Guarantees Act: This guarantee is in addition to any rights and remedies available to a "consumer" as defined under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage through accident, neglect, incorrect installation or any damage whatsoever after delivery to the purchaser for reasons not related to their state or condition at the time of purchase.
Commercial use: It is a condition of sale that this guarantee and the Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply if this product is acquired for commercial use. Commercial use includes resupply in trade, consumption in production or manufacture or repairing or treating in trade other goods or fixtures on land. |
